1. Explore the information published on the International Cruise Victims website. With the number of passengers taking cruises we know crime occurs aboard. What is the role for a CSI in these types of international cases?
2. What can be done if the suspects are foreign nationals who departed the vessel at a foreign port prior to the ship returning to the United States?
3. What if a federal agent is on vacation on the vessel when the acts took place can they be helpful explain?
4. Is it necessary for U.S. law enforcement to discuss the matter with a prosecutor prior to the ship returning to a U.S. port explain?
