Discussion Post: Multimodal Learning
From the bullet point list below, select one topic for which you will lead the discussion in the forum this week. Topic:
o Explore specific learning activities that bring together the reading and listening modes.
Additionally, provide a brief paragraph describing your personal experience with multimodal learning and how that has impacted your understanding of the material.
As the beginning of a scholarly conversation, your initial post should be:
1) Succinct-no more than 500 words.
2) Provocative-use concepts and combinations of concepts from the readings to propose relationships, causes, and/or consequences that inspire others to engage (inquire, learn). In other words, take a scholarly stand.
3) Supported-scholarly conversations are more than opinions. Ideas, statements, and conclusions are supported by clear research and citations from course materials as well as other credible, peer-reviewed resources.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
