i. Explains the rights contemplated in the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico related to electronic evidence.
ii. Explains what has been established by federal jurisprudence in Puerto Rico, the decisions of the United States courts and the comments of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico regarding the admissibility of electronic evidence.
