Much focus in the current business model literature has concerned the advantages of e-business models, new revenue structures, a planning metric for executing strategy, an overview of the corporate concept, in addition to tools for generating new variants of existing business models. Furthermore study on business model performance has to a large extent focused on “sustainable leadership development”.

Based upon the established leadership theory, you are needed to extend either

a) the four styles of leadership behavior (like authoritarian, paternalistic, participative, & laissezfaire);

OR

b) the leadership Grid

to express your proposed concept / theory / paradigms / argument with respect to the

“Sustainable Leadership Development In Relation To Business Model Success !?”

You shall support your view/opinion with the extensive case study. In your conclusion you should confirmed that leadership sustainability was an intricate weaving of multiple factors in some critical areas, for examples;

(a) cross-cultural blended learning leadership,

(b) sustained mentoring,

(c) sustained curriculum and learning,

(d) sustained communication in the Information Communication Technology (ICT)/Blended environment,

(e) virtual/blended learning environment that focused on ethics, values, and transformation at the personal and organizational levels,

(f) or other(s).
