Problem
Business challenge: People (customers) not being able to differentiate us being a PR agency from being a marketing company. So, what that means is, if you google public relations & marketing, you'll see that while they can work hand in hand and be closely related, there are differences. Some people don't understand that difference. Because we're a 360 agency, this is a second challenge. We're a 360 agency (we are an all-round agency; we do everything.) Not only do we come up with various brand strategies for people to penetrate the market, but we also go the extra mile by being actively involved in things like campaigns. So, because we do things like that, people think we're an event company. The major problem is people not being able to differentiate what we do. People understand our services, but sometimes they get it confused so they want us to provide some services we don't currently offer.
