Problem: Consider your local staffing resources and the ability to do a large-scale mobilization. To what extent is a 50% increase in mobilization attainable?
The SMART Goals are below:
(1) establishing community clinics in such a way that one clinic serves 100 households in the community, (2) increasing funding for the care facilities situated in locations with underserved populations by 50% and (3) establishing community social groups to serve the 100 households and educate them on quality care weekly. These goals will enhance the concentration of care resources and services on the unemployed, the poor and low-income families. Similarly, care providers will be spread out to these facilities, enhancing their professional growth through participation in activities that involve the community.
