Homework: Individual Assessment and Performance Measure
Pretend that you are an external I-O psychologist, and develop a PowerPoint presentation that will explain your individual training program as well as how you will assess that program.
Design a presentation that will convince an organization to implement your plan.
Your PowerPoint should meet the following criteria:
a) Design a PowerPoint presentation that includes graphics and compelling bullets, which can be used to influence an audience.
b) Make sure to expand on the slides using the notes section of the slides.
c) In addition to explaining your program, include how you will measure performance. Explain the tools, strategies, and/or techniques you will use.
d) Include outside sources to support your ideas.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
