You are very frustrated, you feel betrayed, and unappreciated in this organization. You think they do not deserve you and you are not sure what to do. Then suddenly your manager comes in and asks you to come to the meeting room to celebrate your colleague's promotion. You get more and more frustrated. You tell your boss you will be there in 5 minutes. You stare out of the window and start remembering the good old days at Lambton College, and then you remember that at the college the instructors prepared you to similar situations, by teaching interpersonal skills.
