Sense of failure despite trying to do all the right things. Feeling "depressed" "Not having enough money" to buy medications and blood glucose testing strips. Prior to being admitted to your ward, the client was treated in the emergency department for Hyperglycaemic Hyperosmolar Nonketotic Syndrome (HHNS).
