Length: 4 to 6 pages.
You have been asked to design activities using developmentally appropriate children's books that address local, global, international, and intercultural problems.
Select 8-10 children's books around a learning topic that will help students to understand local and/or global problems (conflict resolution, global warming, pollution, poverty, etc.).
A. Include books for children birth to grade 3 from different genres and multicultural and international literature.
B. Explain why each of the books is age-appropriate.
C. Justify how the book selection supports children's language, intellectual, and social-moral development.
D. Include at least one book extension for an early childhood classroom to further language development.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
