One of the provisions of the Affordable Care Act was the expansion of Medicaid. This allowed states to include the non-elderly as part of the eligibility process, which lead to more people being covered and improved quality of care. However, not all states opted in. Has your home state opted in? I AM in MINNESOTA.
Task
In your initial posting, explain whether your home state opted in. Discuss the reasons they provided for doing so or not doing so? State your position on whether you feel they should or should not be a part of the expansion and why?
