Problem
Write a detailed written complaint in relation to your childcare center then write a response making sure you Describe how you have/ would respond to the concern of a family, discuss how you clarified the key issues, collaborated, confirmed next steps and clarified agreements
1) Describe how you listen respectfully to concerns, explain the complaint process, and clearly explain what will happen in the process; refer them to any documents or relevant procedures.
2) Describe what procedures you will follow in your Centre in response to a complaint include all of the following,
a) to identify and investigate,
b) prioritise with an appropriate level of urgency,
c) seek advice,
d) generate options and
e) facilitate a resolution.
