• Step I: As a group (chosen team member assigned already - refer to list under applied learning announcements), you will need to choose a project of choice. The project should fall under one of your group member's professional industry. For example, if you or your team member work in the energy sector, maybe choose a project from that area.
In one paragraph, you need to explain what the project is, identify project objective, cost, duration, and finally the type of project (schedule over cost or cost over schedule), and the reason why.
• Step II: Using Microsoft Project, list 10 major activities that your project requires to execute from start to finish. These activities or main tasks must be in sequential order of completion (1 being the initial activity and 10 being the final activity).
