For each item in your glossary, create a brief definition, written in your own words, that is accurate and will be understandable even to inexperienced staff.
Base your definitions on what you learn from the provided Patient Advocate, UMissouri and Merriam-Webster resources, and write them in a way that highlights key information.
For any six of the terms, provide your own example that demonstrates how the term would be applied in a practical medical office situation.
