Ans) When cell membrane ruptures Ions leek out and unless repaired in time the cell will expire. As we know that the plasma membrane is not stationary, and it is made of lipids and protein, so when injure happens the cell repairs itself by creating new part like the damaged one that is why it is dynamic.
