Explain what borg means by the phrases

Problem

In "What's Christianity all About?" Borg characterizes the followers of Jesus as people who "love what God loves," and "participate in God's passion for a different kind of world" (223). Explain what Borg means by these phrases, especially as this involves politics and the role of prophets like Amos. Then, speculate on the following questions (which Borg doesn't address): If God wants a different kind of world than the one we have, why don't we have a different kind of world? What's the holdup? Especially given what Borg said about the relative importance of beliefs, can one "follow Jesus," and "participate in God's passion for a different kind of world" without being a Christian? (why or why not) If you had the wherewithal to work for a "different kind of world," and had to select one issue, what would that issue be (and why)?
