You work as a support worker in a Youth Centre. You have had a busy shift with several clients wanting emergency assistance from you and you are exhausted . Just before you are about to go home for the day, a client (Emma) comes into the Centre. Emma is upset and angry because she did not get her parenting support payment from Centerlink. She starts screaming at you about her situation.
It takes you an hour to address the situation. You leave work late and forget you were supposed to pick up groceries to cook dinner for your friends tonight who are coming over soon. You are exhausted and when you get home and you fall asleep on the sofa,
