2 Include the personnel policy - internal versus external recruiting, Lead the market - pay strategic, employment-at-will policies and image advertising.

6 . Conclusion including how the company can be benefit and add value based on the analyses and strategic presented.(Introduction and conclusion is insightful and relates well to the analysis of the company.)
