Phase 1 - Planning Phase
1. Use the MS Excel Resource sheet to load selected standard and overtime labor rates for the overallocated resources in your assigned MS Project 2010 file.
2. Create a baseline.
3. Level alloverallocated resources, without letting the finish date slip.
4. Explain to the class, in detail, how you leveled all the overallocated resources and what the impacts of your solution(s) were on the time, cost, and scope project triangle (see page 432 in your Microsoft Project 2010 Step by Step guide)...use MS PowerPoint to organize your class presentation.
Phase 2 - Execution Phase (Tracking Progress and Getting Back on Track)
This phase will be part of the final exam.
