Q2. Conduct research on any major situations-for example, business opportunities/business threats coming from competitors experienced by the leader/s?
Q3. Explain the ways the major situation/s handled by the leader? Relate your answer to the Contemporary View/Theory from Week-8 lecture.
Q4. What are the major strengths of the company? Conduct a SWOT analysis on the company (external analysis and internal analysis). Relate your answer to the Strategic Management process from Week-5 lecture.
Q5. From your conducted SWOT analysis in Question-3, what do you see as major challenges facing this company in the next five years?
Q6. In what ways did Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling contribute to the company's success (or failure)? Relate your answer to the Four Management Functions from Week-1 lecture
Q7. Out of the four management functions, what was the most important function leading to that success (or failure)?
Q8. What are your overall conclusions about the management of the company based on your research?
You will also present your report to the class by way of an oral presentation. This presentation will be a summation of your report as well as your specific, critically thought-out conclusions.
