Explain the way you would effectively communicate

Problem: Use the following scenario to answer

While indoors, Jack (3) and two of his peers were playing inside the cardboard cubby-house together. You (the Educator) were sitting close by. The children had taken a bucket containing 5 matchbox cars into the cubby with them, and after a few minutes of play there was yelling and crying coming from inside the cubby. You quickly went to see what was happening, when Jack ran out of the cubby holding the bucket with all 5 cars inside. One of his peers came out and tried to get one of the cars from the bucket, when Jack snatched it away. Jack then threw the whole bucket across the room, hitting another child on the head. Jack then ran into the bathroom and tipped the bin upside down, causing the contents to spill out onto the bathroom floor.

Explain the way you would effectively communicate with Jack's family about his behaviour.
