For this discussion forum, you are going to identify an escalation of commitment based on current events in business. In at least one paragraph, supported by evidence from your text, the required articles, and from other research, respond to the bullet points below.
1) Explain the scenario based on current event that you chose to analyze.
2) Describe what happened, why the group continued in a failed course of action, and the de-escalation process (if any).
3) Identify what lessons can be learned from this scenario.
