Problem: Nora's husband has recently passed away and she is now living alone. She has Osteoarthritis and Insulin-dependent diabetes. Her husband assisted her with some of her personal care due to her joint stiffness to all her limbs, bone deformity to her hands, and pain. She has been assessed in her home by the ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) to support her to remain living at home.
