1) Show the Function Dependencies of the Relation shown above.
2) Identify the Candidate Keys of the relation shown above {CKs)
3) What normal form is the relation shown above currently in? Explain your reasoning.
4) Explain the problems with the existing design, in terms of the potential modification anomalies that it might exhibit.
5) Convert the relation to a set of relations in at least Third Normal Form (3NF). You only need to show the schema, not the data.
6) Explain how your normalized 3NF new relations addresses the problems you identified in (4) and preserves all the information in the original design.
