Explain the payback period concept used in your workplace

• Does the concept of revenue less expense equaling an increase in equity or fund balance make sense  to you? If not, why not?

• Are there ratios in the reports you receive ratios should be on the reports at your workplace?

• Have you ssen the payback period concept used in your workplace?  If not, do you think it ought to be used?  What are your reasons?

• Have you had a chance to participate in an evaluation of an equipment purchase at your workplace?  If so, would you have done it diffrently if you had supervised the evaluation? Why?
