Select a controversial issue in insurance law or regulation (it can be health care insurance, i.e., "Obamacare", insurance bad faith, state property insurance programs i.e., "Citizen's Insurance," etc. are examples) and propose a new Florida state law pertaining to the issue. Your paper should describe your proposed law, explain the meaning and implications of the law, present a defense of this law designed to convince a lawmaker of its merit, and strategy you would use to overcome objections by others.
