Instructions
You have now assessed the health of your organization and can highlight areas of improvement based on your environmental scan. You have data analytics that substantiate your environmental scan results. You have spent time observing and interacting with your leader POC at the organization during normal or routine business hours.
Write an analysis in which you address the following:
1. Examine two to three areas for improvement based on the environmental scan that you completed on your organization. Document in detail the implementation of the improvements you will recommend to your leader point of contact.
2. Assess and explain whether the KPIs you selected substantiate or refute the environmental scan results.
3. Analyze the leader's role in the status of the organization's environment. Explain the impact he or she has on the KPIs you chose?
Support your paper with a minimum of three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
