For this assignment, you will be an OD practitioner in your current or a previous organization.
Create a one page "memo" to your HR manager.
Your memo must:
• Recommend that you lead a project to create a change management checklist that will be rolled out to the managers in your organization.
• Explain the importance of the change management checklist (i.e. a step-by-step process for effective change management).
• Discuss how the change management checklist will benefit the organization and tie into your corporate goals.
• Be creative. Remember, this is not about the specifics of the checklist, but moreso, the reasoning and rationale of implementing the checklist.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
