Your team has been put together to explain the importance of communication and collaboration to the employees and convince the management to deploy appropriate communication and collaboration technologies to solve the problem.

B. Explain the implications of communication and collaboration for the employees, managers, and the organization.

C. Describe the different steps you would take to increase communication and collaboration amongst the employees and managers.
