You are a team of public relations consultants who have been hired by Greg James, CEO of BestBaby Corp., a manufacturer of baby equipment and furniture with a solid reputation with retailers, a good track record with consumers, and a supportive relationship with stockholders.
James finds himself in uncharted territory when he and BestBaby are faced with an emotionally volatile public situation. He needs your team to craft a crisis plan and communication strategy that includes observations, analysis, and recommendations that he can use to rebuild public trust and repair the reputation of the company.
