As companies expand their markets globally they also expand their employee base internationally. Interfacing with international employees by definition creates a number of new issues related to compensation.
Write a page to address the following questions:
a. Distinguish between expatriates, local nationals, and third-country nationals with examples.
b. Explain the general compensation strategies used by companies with worldwide operations in remuneration packages for each group.
