Explain the Formats of Resume?
Chronological - focus on the past employment history beginning with the most recent job, reveal education and experience record. People with lack extensive experience or have gaps in their job record are advised not to use this format.
Functional - focus on skills, highlights accomplishments, and those who changed job frequently or have gap in the employment are advised to use this format. Fresh graduates with limited employment experience will find this format useful.
Combination - draw on the best features of the chronological and functional resume and focus on the capabilities of candidates. It is a good choice for recent graduates as it enables them to highlight what they can do for a prospective employer.
