· Assume you are using the interview to assess personality traits for your position, analyze and explain what you should assess, and what precautions you should observe.
Part 2
A male scored three points lower than a female on a selection test. The female was hired. The male filed a reverse discrimination case on the basis of the unfair use of test scores for selection.
· Analyze and discuss the evidence he would have to provide to support his claim.
· Identify and explain the evidence the company would have to provide to support its hiring decision.
· Choose a position, whether you agree with the applicant or the employer, and provide a basis for your position. Include examples to substantiate your claim.
