Upload the picture you take and explain ALL OF the elements of negligence and apply them to your picture/condition and state if they have been met and why/why not.
One specific kind of negligence is "premises liability"---this is property owners or renters failure to make their property safe or keep it free from defects. Go around find a physical location (land, building, sidewalk, store, road, dock, etc...) and take a picture of a condition that is defective and explain how the owner/occupier/retailer etc.... of the property could be sued under negligence if someone gets injured. Upload the picture as an attachment to this posting and explain the 4 elements of negligence and if they have been met and why or why not relative to your picture/condition.
