Problem 1: Guess the age of five adults you know, ideally of different ages. Then ask them how old they are. Analyze the clues you used for your guesses and the reactions to your question.
Problem 2: Political attitudes vary by family and by generation. Interview several generations within the same family about issues of national and local importance. How do you explain the similarities and differences between the generations? What is more influential: experience, SES, heritage, or age?
