Problem
Introduction:
Obesity affects a huge and diverse population of people, affecting people of all ages, genders, geographical areas, races, and socioeconomic classes. Obesity affects both adults and kids, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Obesity prevalence among adults was expected to be 40.4% in 2019-2020, while it was estimated that among kids and teenagers, it would be 18.5%. Additionally, in 2019-2020, the prevalence of obesity is higher among several racial and ethnic groups than it is among White adults (41.1%), such as Black adults (49.6%) and Hispanic adults (44.8%). Furthermore, persons with lower incomes and less education had a higher prevalence of obesity.
