Discussion Post: Supervisor's Role in Goal Getting, Planning and Achieving Positive Results
• For this Discussion, you need to read "Managing for High Performance" in your textbook.
• Use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound) traits to establish goals for your educational career.
Task:
o Ensure each goal is SMART
o 3-5 goals
o Explanation of what you hope to achieve with each goal.
o What difficulties you had in establishing goals.
