Read the introduction to section 1, read sections 1a and 2, then answer the following questions.
• What is metaethics?
• Explain objectivism and relativism.
• Describe each of the following: i. normative ethics, ii. virtue theories, iii. duty theories, iv. consequentialist theories, v. utilitarianism, vi. ethical egoism, and vii. contract theories.
