Kajsa is not feeling well. She herself believes that she suffers from some form of mental illness because nothing in her life feels meaningful or fun, she also sleeps poorly and is constantly craving sweets and chips. Kajsa is an early retiree and has time to get involved in activities and organizations, if she had been able to... Imagine that you work in home care where Kajsa has received social presence as an effort. You come home to Kajsa to talk and to be there as social support.
I. Record an audio file in which you explain to Kajsa what Internet-based functions there are regarding advice and health information. Pretend that Kajsa is sitting in front of you. Tell her which sites are good and how she can use them. Number of minutes in your audio file: 2-4 minutes.
II. Write a list to Kajsa of support networks available on the internet. Make suggestions for the networks that you think Kajsa should use and briefly justify why you think she should use them in particular!
