Topic: Frederick Douglas
Your essay should explain in detail why this person or event is so significant. This should not simply be a biography or book report. I am looking for analysis and critical thinking.
Your essay should also explain how American History would have been dramatically different if this person never existed or the event never occurred.
The Final will be an essay exam. Your essay question will relate to information covered in the readings between weeks 5 - 8.
Your essay should be a minimum of 5 pages (does not include documentation), but should not exceed 7 pages. Your essay must include documentation using MLA Style.
