For this homework, you will continue working as IT manager on the business plan for the new HWE Accessories website.
Part I: Contract Plan
Complete the Contract Plan Template.
Part II: Project Milestones
Review your project plan from your Apply: Project Plan and Risk Matrix homework.
Add project milestone dates and dependencies to your tasks and subtasks.
Write a 1 to 2 pages summary of your project milestones and dependencies in which you:
i. Explain how you will know if your project is on track.
ii. Determine what will you do if a task or subtask is not proceeding on time.
iii. Excluding time, list criteria that may be used to measure the project's success.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
