Problem
Communication involves a reciprocal interaction between the Human Services Professional and the client.
Using the client you chose in Module:
1) Discuss the importance of assessing and interpreting verbal and nonverbal communication so that the helping relationship is conducive to addressing the client's stressors.
2) Explain how you will illicit information appropriately from the client based upon what he or she is saying and what his or her body language is saying.
3) Describe how you will ensure that the messages you receive are accurate based upon what the client says and what the client does.
