You have been hired as the regional restaurant manager of Meat and Potatoes, a popular, mid-priced restaurant chain, which is located in suburban areas of Nebraska. After visiting the various restaurant locations, the name "Richard" has come up multiple times. According to nine of the ten restaurant managers, Richard is a huge liability for Meat and Potatoes. Unfortunately, due to Richard's relationship with the owner, a childhood friend, his behavior is often overlooked.
According to various sources, Richard is a poor worker who has created many organizational problems, including reputation problems. Richard's poor behavior includes but is not limited to: ?ghting wrth customers, coming to work intoxicated, stealing small amounts of money, and much more.
