These include pay, development, promotion, and training. These are the four things that motivate ongoing employees and employers to include a two-way dialogue that consider employee future goals and plans. It is important that the employer and employee discuss the areas that are needed to be developed and set up a development plan on when and how to develop these shortcomings and turn them into a processed and developed person who has shortcomings taken cared of.
