Reflect on the research you conducted, and write a research paper that addresses the items below.
A. Explain how one can address the five challenges to effective performance measurement.
B. Describe how the performance management process effectively utilizes the following elements:
a. the appraisal interview,
b. performance improvement,
c. identification of causes of performance problems,
d. development of an action plan and empowerment of employees, and
e. communications at performance evaluations.
C. Explain how to address the four challenges to effective training.
D. Discuss how the training process can best be managed utilizing the following elements:
a. the needs assessment phase,
b. the clarification of the objectives of the training,
c. the training and conduct phase,
d. the evaluation phase, and
e. legal issues and training.
