Most of us consider the most obvious DEI factors, but what about the not so obvious ones? As you watch the following video that explains how global differences impact DEI, ask yourself these questions: How do we take different countries' definitions and consideration of DEI into account when planning a global strategy? Given your industry or career ambitions, which factors do you believe you will need to place the largest emphasis on as they pertain to DEI?
