Study by Teo, Luan and Chattiwat, (2011) to assess the students' recognition of e-learning in Thailand at three universities, searchers gathered data from 377 students, the results of this study shows high level for recognition of e-learning; mean was = 111.36 out of 147 which is higher than the mean of this study.Teo, Luan and Chattiwat, (2011) didn't study the difference in gender, but this study took it into account.
Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy is used to measure the sampling adequacy. This measure varies between 0 and 1, and values closer to 1 are better. A value of .453 is a suggested minimum. Bartletts test is used to test the assumption of sphericity. Here, we see that the value of chi - square test statistic for 190 degrees of freedom is 191.461 and its corresponding p - value is 0.457. Since the p - value is greater than 0.05, we conclude that the assumption of sphericity holds true for the data. That is, the correlation matrix is an identity matrix. Here, we fail to reject that the correlation matrix is an identity matrix. This concludes that, we cannot run the factor analysis for the data.
