• Explain the goals of knowledge sharing cultures in organizations and which elements need to be applied for creating it successfully (please use examples).
• Demonstrate the factors that are barriers to knowledge management and sharing. Which are your future recommendations for a company´s development to prevent them?
• Discuss ways of preventing the downsizing in a company by employing ´recycled employees´ from the knowledge management perspective.
• The Knowledge Management Cycle is key for a successful and sustainable knowledge management. Derive the specifics of the different stages using one example from the real world.
