1 For a job you know well, create a questionnaire of five items that elicits employee reaction to the employees' levels of compensation. Identify what information should be included in a job analysis and job evaluation in order to develop a job structure.

As you prepare your response to these discussion requirements, think of this as a survey to determine the workforce satisfaction with the current compensation levels.

Try to word your questions so as to cause employees to appropriately consider their compensation level. Care must be taken, because for many, more money is better, and satisfaction is fleeting.
