Scenario:Cultural Differences
Using your examples, when looking at different cultures, we have different sets of customs and "rules" when it comes to communicating with one another, these inherent responses are a result of the cultures values and belief systems. Managers must make sure they are not showing favoritism towards some cultures and forgetting about their team. At my current place of employment we have many opportunities to educate ourselves through inclusion seminars, workshops, podcasts, trainings, etc.
How could managers promote, support, and encourage cultural awareness among employees?
